What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Student Care Teacher, you will support the afternoon operations of the centre,
focusing on student supervision, homework guidance and maintaining a safe, structured and
positive learning environment. You will work closely with the centre team to ensure students are
well-supported during their time at the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Daily Student Care Routines
- Assist in managing daily routines during the afternoon session, including pick-up, arrival, tea break and dismissal.
- Create a welcoming and nurturing environment for students.
- Fill-in as a relief teacher when required.
Manage Student Behaviour and Development
- Guide students in developing positive behaviour, discipline and good habits.
- Encourage participation in activities and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Supervise students during various activities and ensure appropriate conduct.
Provide Homework Guidance and Academic Support
- Supervise and guide students in completing daily homework assignments.
- Support spelling and 听写 practice and reinforcement of key academic areas, including English Mathematics and Mandarin.
